Thyme for Change

Welcome to ‘Cardio Thyme!’ After two years of debating on whether or not I should start a blog, I have finally decided to dive into this blog world. And what better way to start than on this brand new year of 2013…it’s still January, and thus still relatively new, right? I can’t think of a better reason than right now to start a blog as so many changes await. So bear with me, as I still figure out the kinks on this whole blogging thing. Don’t worry, we won’t be doing cardio all the time. I believe in a holistic approach to a healthier body and healthier mind. So be prepared for some enticing recipes, and the occasional run here and there.
